SleepScape
Game Description:
SleepScape is a top-down/isometric game with a focus on metaphorical linear storytelling with elements of interactive dialogue and meditative mini-games and puzzles. The player is the owner of a sleep rehab center who teaches these NPCs the importance of sleep and rest.​

This was a group project made in my first year of studying Game Design at AIE (Academy of Interactive Entertainment). There were 5 team members including myself, and was our major production for the end of our first study year.

My contributions:
We had no dedicated programmer for this group project, and so I decided to step up and take on the role of the programmer, as well as a designer for this project. My contributions to this project were:

- I fully implemented the narrative into the game, primarily through an open source Unity plugin called Fungus
- I programmed the entirety of the play experience, including the Main Menu functionality, pausing, interacting with objects in the environment, interactions between the player and NPC's, NPC AI walk behavior
- I implemented various sounds and tuned them to create a smoother audio experience for the player
